Practice · Conscious Shift · Release & Choose
Release & Choose is a conscious transition. You name what you are ready to gently set down, and consciously choose a quality of presence, boundary, or virtue you want to cultivate in its place.
“Once you recognize what is yours to work with, you can decide whether anything is ready to be released.”
Claiming does not mean taking blame for what happened or taking responsibility for what belongs to someone else.
It means recognizing what belongs to me to work with—perhaps an interpretation, belief, feeling, expectation, attachment, response, choice, or boundary.
If you release what you haven’t claimed, have you really released it?
What I cannot name, I cannot consciously claim. What I do not claim, I cannot consciously release.
“What have I recognized that feels mine to work with?”
Claiming what is mine does not mean taking blame for what happened or taking responsibility for what belongs to someone else.
What you choose can become part of the new frame through which you meet what comes next.
Select what you feel called to cultivate, or name your own.
Recognition does not require release. The choice remains yours.
Embodiment is the way a chosen quality increasingly appears through thought, speech, response, boundaries, actions, and the way I live.
Notice how this choice might show up in thought, speech, response, boundaries, actions, and the way you live.
“With your choice held in awareness, you can return to center and meet your day.”
